Sally's - As we get older we start getting "comfortable", we start heading to bed sooner even on weekends when socializing and having a good time was a weekly occurrence, now we take comfort in sleep and quite instead of living life in the moment, we start to slow down and grow old in body, mind, and spirit, it creeps up on all of us with the little comforts we take in our daily lifes. Ultimately its everyone's choice when they become a sally, its just that we are blind to it sneaking up on us.
